We also provide guidance on entering the Dutch insurance or brokerage market, on restructuring portfolios and on insurance programmes (both national and international) for both insurers and insureds.

We have in-depth knowledge of, among other things, professional and directors’ liability, product liability, fire and recourse claims, CAR insurance and technical damage, business liability insurance, fraud, industrial accidents and occupational diseases. We have experience of cases involving many different parties (often internationally) and in which media interest, stock market sensitivity and strategic interests play a major role.

We ensure that each case is handled by the people with the right expertise. In close consultation with our client, we choose an approach tailored to the needs and objectives of the case.
