Ismay van Haren has been working as office manager at VanNiekerkCieremans since February 2026. Together with Antje de Groot, she acts as the firm’s first point of contact and is responsible for the organisation and coordination of the firm’s daily office operations.
Prior to joining the firm, Ismay worked as a Scrum Master, Project Manager and Event Manager. In these roles, she was responsible for managing teams and organising and overseeing complex operational processes within a variety of organisations and collaborative structures.
Ismay holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality & Event Management. Through her structured and proactive approach, she contributes to a well organised office environment, ensuring that both colleagues and clients can rely on professional, efficient and dependable support.
